Full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Typically arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Common questions
Do I need to give a reason for the refund?
No. If you feel Edveera didn't help you prepare better, that's enough. We don't ask you to justify it.
What's the deadline for requesting a refund?
Within 7 days of your exam date. For example, if your exam is on May 15th, you can request a refund any time up to and including May 22nd.
What if I bought a bundle — can I refund just one subject?
Yes. We will calculate the bundle discount proportionally and refund the appropriate amount for the subject you want to return.
What if I haven't used the product at all?
If you purchased a pass and haven't used it yet, you can request a full refund at any time before your exam session begins — no questions asked.
How long does the refund take to appear?
We process refunds within 24 hours. After that, it depends on your bank — typically 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Will I lose access immediately after requesting a refund?
Your access continues until the refund is processed. We won't cut you off mid-revision.
Can I buy a pass again after getting a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind or want to try again for a different exam session, you can purchase a new pass at any time.
